How long will it take to complete the repairs?

Most repairs can be completed same-day. If this is not possible, we'll let you know so you can make arrangements. 

How much will it cost?

We won't complete any work without your authorization. Prices vary depending on your repair or maintenance needs.

My car is running rough. Do I need a tune-up?

Maybe. Rough idling or driving can be cause by many factors. A thorough examination will help us determine the best (and cheapest for you!) option.

Is there a charge to check out my car?

Yes, an appointment is required. Please fill out the appointment form to reserve a time.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

We take all major credit cards.

What credit cards do you take?

We try to complete most repairs the same day. If this is not possible, we will provide you with special transportation arrangements.

Why does my car need maintenance if it's running fine?

Regular maintenance of your vehicle protects your investment, helps to prevent breakdowns, and will save you on the cost of repairs in the future.

What if I don't have the repairs or maintenance done right now?

Skipping or delaying routine maintenance or critical repairs can lead to costly breakdowns in the future. Our goal is to prevent breakdowns and safe you money.

What Should I Do When My Check Engine Lights Come On?

When your check engine light comes on, it's important to find out why as soon as possible. Determining the cause can catch a problem before it becomes a catastrophe. We will read the codes, find the cause, and tell you exactly what's going on.

How Often Should I Have My Brakes Checked?

To extend the life of your brakes (and, more importantly, for your safety), you should have your brakes inspected once a year or every 10,000 miles- whichever comes first. However, if you frequently drive in stop and go traffic, you should have them checked more frequently.

What Type of Oil Do I Need?

This depends on your vehicle's make and model, age and mileage, and even the time of year! We'll work with you to make sure you have the right oil for your vehicle.
