Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
At Garrison Brothers Auto Repair, we stand by the quality and reliability of our mobile mechanic services. Our satisfaction guarantee applies specifically under the following circumstances:

The repair or installation was performed incorrectly by our mechanic, resulting in improper function or performance issues.

Parts installed by our mechanic fail due to mechanical defect or manufacturer fault.
In such cases, customers must notify Garrison Brothers Auto Repair within 30 days of service completion. Upon review and verification of the claim, Garrison Brothers Auto Repair will, at its sole discretion:

Re-perform the repair service at no additional labor cost,

Reinstall replacement parts at no additional cost to the customer,

or Provide a refund for the original repair service and parts.
This policy does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, customer negligence, accidental damage, or situations where the customer has altered or repaired the vehicle independently or through a third party after our service was completed.
